Heavy-Duty Rubberized Undercoating
ATCOTE is a rubberized, flexible and durable aerosol coating that seals, protects and insulates. It may be used to protect fenders, frames, fuel tanks, door panels, rocker panels, hoods and fire walls against moisture, road salt and corrosion. It is used to seal gutters, roofs, drain systems, driveway cracks, tree wounds, drip pans, metal sinks and electrical boxes. ATCOTE may also be used on wheel wells, auto frames, underbody rocker panels, as well as on heavy trucks, hoists, cranes and tractors. This product is also great for rain gutters, roofs, metal ducts and cracks in basement walls.
Galvanized Zinc Protective Coating
GALV-A-GUARD provides a zinc film on metal surfaces that seals out moisture and prevents rust and corrosion by sacrificial galvanic action. It is highly resistant to water, acid and salt atmospheres. GALV-A-GUARD can be used on structural steel and wire, truck and auto bodies, gutter and down spouts, boats, trailers, docks, farm and road equipment, signs, fencing, tanks, piping, fans, ducts, culverts, air conditioning units, ornamental and antique metals, dairy equipment and oil rigs.
Acoustical Tile Renovator
NU BRITE is designed specifically to renovate acoustical ceiling tile. NU BRITE's white color completely covers stains and discolorations and eliminates the need for costly ceiling tile replacement. NU BRITE works on smooth and rough surfaces and will not affect the acoustical properties of the ceiling tile to which it is applied. It is non-flammable when it dries and does not change the fire rating of the tile on which it has been applied.
Salt & Chloride Neutralizing Wash
NU-TRALIZE is a salt and chloride neutralizing wash that prevents rust and corrosion from forming on expensive deicing equipment. NU-TRALIZE quickly neutralizes and breaks up the "white salt film" that forms on machinery used in the distribution of ice-melting salts, extending the service life of this equipment.
Metal Parts Protector
PROTECTO-COTE is a solvent-dispersed group of rust preventative compounds that sets into an amber-colored dust-resistant, continuous and flexible protective coating. It will not crack, peel or flake over a wide range of temperatures (-40°F to 175°F). It provides long-term corrosion protection, indoors and outdoors. PROTECTO-COTE provides a translucent coating which allows identification codes underneath to be easily read. It is easy to apply and to remove.
Rust Transformer
In one step, RUSTAME and RUSTAME II chemically transform old rust and prevent new rust from forming. Each product converts rust to a protective coating and leaves a tough black polymer finish. RUSTAME and RUSTAME II may be used wherever metal is subject to rust corrosion. After curing, RUSTAME and RUSTAME II form a protective barrier which does not require a painted finish; however, the surface may be finished with most pigment, oil, latex or lacquer paint, as well as ATCO's STEEL MAX pure stainless steel coating. RUSTAME and RUSTAME II are ideal renovation products for air conditioning and refrigeration companies, construction equipment, fleet operators and maintenance departments of motels, schools, hospitals, industrial plants and automotive repairers.
Pure Stainless Steel Coating
STEEL MAX is a high-leafing, pure 316L stainless steel coating with a strong urethane binder. Unlike paints, the metal pigment of STEEL MAX forms a super tough coating that resists abrasion, oxidation, moisture and harsh chemical corrosion. STEEL MAX is heat resistant up to 500-600°F. It is a non-porous coating; therefore, the metal beneath STEEL MAX is protected from damaging heat. STEEL MAX resists oxidation which can cause unsightly discoloration. It is an excellent product for outdoor and indoor use. STEEL MAX is used by industries, institutions, transportation, hotels and motels and anywhere protective coatings are required. It works well on radiators, steam pipes, fire hydrants, exhausts, mufflers, wire fences, boilers, water lines, grills, heat exchangers, tanks and chemical processing and production equipment.
Protective Rust Coating
WINTER SENTRY is a ready-to-use, viscous mineral oil and proprietary rust inhibitor blend formulated to prevent corrosion and oxidation of metallic surfaces during storage or transport. WINTER SENTRY contains a special rust inhibitor and a blend of select oil seed feedstocks. WINTER SENTRY can be used on metals such as iron, steel, aluminum, brass, bronze and alloys. Application areas for this product include exposed pipes, machinery, construction equipment, rolling stock, sports equipment, sheet metal, water meters, snow plows, pipes or any metals which may be in storage for extended periods of time.
Liquid Electrical Tape
WRAPPED-UP liquid electrical tape forms a protective dielectric coating on electrical connections to seal out moisture and prevent corrosion. WRAPPED-UP can be used on any metal, plastic, vinyl, rubber or composite surface. It coats, seals and insulates in 5 minutes and complete cure of surface occurs in 24 hours or less. Once cured, WRAPPED-UP has an operating temperature range of -50°F to +275°F. It is non-reactive with acids, alkalis and most chemicals. Areas of use for WRAPPED-UP include construction companies, sanitation crews, golf courses, highway departments, utility companies, landscaping crews, city recreation departments, municipalities, waste water treatment plants and power companies.
