Air Tool Cleaner and Lubricant
AIR-CLEAN is an aerosol spray that lubricates and cleans all internal parts of air operated tools, jackhammers, drills, saws, impact wrenches, sanders, polishers, grinders and air operated motors. It eliminates calcium build-up from moisture in air lines and dissolves sludge, dirt and dust accumulation as it increases performance and RPM's and provides lubrication for longer tool life. AIR-CLEAN protects machinery while in use and in storage.
High-Temperature Grease
ALUBE-500 out lasts most conventional greases. Its active ingredient, moly, actually "plates out" on the metal surfaces to reduce friction and extend the lubrication cycle. It resists most acids, weather, dirt, water, steam and oxidation. ALUBE-500 performs at a wide variety of temperatures up to 550°F, and it has high shock and impact resistance. It has a 65 Timken Load and exceptional adhesive and cohesive properties, and it contains special corrosion and rust inhibitors. ALUBE-500 is recommended for use on plain and anti-friction bearings, sleeve bearings, universal joints, water pumps, drive shafts, splines and conveyors. It may be used by fleet operators, construction firms, mills and factories, industrial facilities, bottling plants, paper mills, asphalt plants, mining companies, port authorities, marinas and coal storage facilities.
Dry Silicone Lubricant and Mold Release
ATCO-SIL II is a pure non-staining, super dry, heavy-duty, multi-purpose silicone lubricant. It is safe for use on almost any surface. It reduces friction and annoying squeaks in hinges, latches, springs, gears and other mechanisms. The high silicone formula is excellent for use to prevent corrosion on metal, to reduce friction and wear, and to quiet moving parts. ATCO-SIL II provides a water and weather-resistant barrier that protects surfaces from corrosion and wear. It is virtually odorless and colorless when dry.
White Food Grade Grease
BLANCO MAX II is a NSF® registered white food grade, non-toxic grease. It is specifically formulated for use in food processing plants, meat and poultry plants, bottling companies and canneries where there is a chance of incidental food contact or exposure to edible products. Because BLANCO MAX II is non-staining, it may also be used in textile mills. BLANCO MAX II adheres to metal surfaces and provides continuous lubrication and protection. It is highly resistant to bleed or wear under extreme pressure loads and resists water wash-out and cleaning compounds. It also contains anti-corrosion additives to prevent rusting and provides trouble free performance at temperatures from 0°F to 450°F.
Anti-Seize Compound
BULLSEYE is a high-temperature, extreme-pressure anti-seize lubricant and sealant for use on all threaded parts. BULLSEYE assures long-term protection indoors and outdoors. It is non-melting and will not fuse to metals. The specially designed package limits wasted product. BULLSEYE may be used in marine, aircraft, automotive, heavy equipment and other metal-working industrial applications on engines, exhaust systems and machinery where seized or welded bolts, fittings and flanges represent expensive maintenance.
Engine Oil Treatment for Diesel and Gasoline-Fueled Vehicles
CRANK-IT-UP Engine Oil Treatment for Diesel and Gasoline-Fueled Vehicles is a highly refined engine oil treatment specifically formulated for use in crankcases of internal combustion engines. DAUNTLESS is water and acid resistant. In addition, the special aerosol valving system allows for precise control of material delivery with minimal splashing and/or overspray. Automatic Transmission Fluid

EG-90 is an all-weather, multi-purpose lubricant that penetrates like an oil, then cures to a thick, water-resistant grease. EG-90 is heat stable to 350°F and prevents rust on applied areas. EG-90 may be used by industrial facilities, marine, aircraft and automotive industries, municipalities, farms and office complexes. It may be used on auto doors, hood and trunk lids, gears, chains, sprockets, linkages, slides, bearings, hinges, cranks, pistons and overhead door tracks and rollers.

EVER-REDDIE is an all purpose, non-melt red grease specially formulated with extreme pressure and anti-wear additives to provide heavy-duty service. This grease is able to withstand heavy shock load and has a 65 Timken load and an NLGL rating of 2. EVER-REDDIE has excellent adhesive and cohesive properties and resists most acids, weather elements, dirt, salt-spray, steam and oxidation. It also protects equipment indoors and outdoors, even under high temperature and heavy load environments.
Multi-Purpose, Extreme-Pressure Lithium Grease
G-MAX adheres to metal against the strongest water-washing action. It will not breakdown and separate in the presence of water. G-MAX resists emulsifying and will not wash out of bearings. G-MAX was developed to withstand a 75 Timken OK load and to protect heavy-duty equipment and machinery that often operates under boundary conditions. G-MAX is stable to 525°F and contains special rust and corrosion inhibitors to fight this costly destroyer of equipment. It is a premium, extreme-pressure lubricant for ball and roller bearings, wheel bearings, universal joints, chassis or other areas where grease is subjected to heavy loads and extreme pressure for long periods of time.

Fibrous, Extreme-Pressure Barium Grease
MAXIMO is grease made from a barium complex thickener, highly refined napthenic oils and special additive package to provide superior wear protection under heavy loads. The barium complex thickener provides waterproof performance and outstanding adhesiveness under harsh conditions. Anti-corrosion additives bind MAXIMO to metal surfaces and provide continuous lubrication and protection, increasing the life of equipment and reducing maintenance costs. Through its cohesive action, MAXIMO strings out into fibers of grease that pass from gear to gear, thus continuously renewing the lubrication cycle. MAXIMO is used for both on-board and on-shore equipment lubrication for bearings, gear drives and other types of heavy-duty equipment such as winches, hoists, cranes, steering mechanisms and fifth wheels. It may also be used in a wide range of applications such as vehicle drive lines, chassis points, wheel bearings, etc. It is ideal for general use in industrial plants where heat, moisture, pounding action and shock loads render ordinary lubricants useless.
Premium, Multi-Grade Ashless Hydraulic Oil
MULTI-HY is a polymer-fortified ashless hydraulic oil ideal for use in all hydraulic systems and turbines requiring premium grade oil. It is blended from premium multiple viscosity grade oils and is fortified with anti-wear, anti-rust and antioxidant stabilizers for long life protection of equipment. MULTI-HY is specially treated for maximum leakage resistance, as it remains fluid at sub-zero temperatures and maintains heavy viscosity at high temperatures. It has a special "anti-splatter" additive for splash resistance and slower "drip-off" rate under severe conditions and contains special anti-foam additives. MULTI-HY is recommended for ISO 32, 46, 68 and 100. It may be used in hydraulic systems found in heavy equipment such as earth moving equipment and tractors.
Ashless Pneumatic Gear Tool Oil
OXI-LUBE gear tool oil was designed specifically for the extremely fine clearances in pneumatic equipment. The closer the clearance, the higher the incidence of scuffing and wear. High speeds and shock loads also add to the wear problems. Thus, OXI-LUBE's high film strength withstands the pressure in sliding-vane air motors and maintains the oil film between all moving parts, especially those subjected to percussive action. Load carriers and extreme pressure agents fortify the oil's natural properties. OXI-LUBE contains rust and corrosion inhibitors, anti-foam agents and oxidation inhibitors for superior performance. It is ashless (no zinc), low in toxicity and is well below the phenol levels set by the EPA.
Diesel Fuel Improver With Organic Impurities Dispersants
PETRO-PLY is an excellent multifunctional additive for diesel fuels used in turbine and internal combustion engines. It increases the fuel stability by providing better dispersion of heavy hydrocarbons, carbon, water and other sludge and deposit forming substances. It improves the atomization and combustion of the oils and helps in preventing potential sludge forming reactions in either blended fuels or single stock distillate fuels. PETRO-PLY will also help to disperse existing sludge or other deposits/impurities in fuel systems. PETRO-PLY is blended with an excellent additive package that includes organic impurities dispersants, corrosion inhibitors, detergents and combustion catalysts.
Penetrating Red Spray Grease
PREP-A-LUBE is a red spray grease with penetrating action. It removes grit, grime and old grease when applied and cures to a thick, high-temperature, pressure-resistant coating that protects and lubricates equipment. PREP-A-LUBE also resists acids, oxidation and dirt and water wash-out and prevents corrosion. It operates under temperatures from -40°F to +500°F. PREP-A-LUBE is recommended for wire rope, conveyor chains, chassis, linkages, draglines, water meters, valves, fittings, threads, pulleys, fork lifts, rollers, presses or anywhere a penetrating grease is required.
Lubricant for Food-Processing Equipment
PURE and SIMPLE is a completely odorless and non-toxic lubricant ideal for use in areas of food processing. PURE and SIMPLE is classified (H1) by the USDA and is accepted as a lubricant with incidental food contact in food processing areas. It helps reduce downtime because it can be applied to machinery while it is running. It effectively penetrates into hard-to-reach, "danger" areas such as pulleys, conveyors, rollers, etc., and helps protect valuable machinery against destructive rust and corrosion. It contains no silicones, waxes or greases that produce greasy build-up and remains stable under a wide range of temperatures and conditions, as it maintains superior lubrication up to 350°F. PURE and SIMPLE is widely used by food processors, dairies, breweries, bottlers, meat plants, bakeries, canneries, cafeterias, restaurants, hospitals, supermarkets or in all applications where a food-safe, non-toxic lubricant is required. PURE and SIMPLE may be used for all types of "open" lube points such as chains, open gears, bearings, slides, rollers, conveyors, cones, sprockets, plungers, grid belts, stirrups and casters.
High-Pressure Penetrating Lubricant
SET-UP penetrating lubricant is formulated to penetrate like a liquid and cure to an extra heavy-duty, thick grease for long-lasting performance. Once cured, SET-UP provides a clear film of lubrication on the surfaces and will stay in place at extremely high temperatures, in excess of 450°F. Fortified with PTFE, SET-UP clings to metal surfaces and gives excellent lubrication. It withstands high pressures and shock loads and is resistant to bleeding.
Anti-Seize and Lubricating Compound
SLIP-N-SLIDE is a high-temperature, extreme pressure anti-seize lubricant, sealant and protective coating. It withstands extreme heat up to 2,000°F and is especially recommended for applications in a sustained temperature range from -40°F to +750°F. It contains synthetic oil and extremely fine aluminum and graphite particles. Premium, Multi-Purpose Ashless Industrial Oil
SRO ashless industrial oil is designed for long-lasting performance in a wide temperature range. High operating temperatures can mean oxidation of conventional oils, resulting in lubrication breakdown and damage to equipment. SRO is the most advanced blend specially formulated with high-viscosity index based oils and anti-wear additives to give excellent temperature and oxidation stability, while providing maximum protection of industrial equipment from corrosion damage. SRO provides superior protection against emulsification, as it will not mix with water. This product is available in 10w40, 20w, 30w, 40w and 50w.
High Performance Synthetic Grease
SUPER-SYN high-performance synthetic grease offers superior lubricating properties over conventional greases due to its special molecular structure and non-melt grease. It contains PTFE and offers outstanding performance and extremely long service life. They synthetic base fluids used in the formulation of SUPER-SYN, along with the anti-wear, anti-rust, anti-oxidation and adhesive additives, make this synthetic grease suitable for a multitude of applications over conventional, mineral-based petroleum lubricants. This 100% synthetic grease has a wide operating temperature range of -60°F to +500°F.
Ashless Compressor Oil
SUPERFILM ashless compressor oil is a multi-purpose lubricant with superior performance capabilities for reciprocating/rotary type air compressors that operate under normal to extreme load and temperature conditions. Full lubrication protection is provided by the combination of a high-quality, paraffinic petroleum base oil and selected additives. SUPERFILM utilizes very high viscosity index base oils. The performance of this product is further improved with the addition of high viscosity based oils, rust, oxidation and corrosion inhibitors, ashless anti-wear and anti-scuff agents, an anti-foam agent and a pour point depressant. Special additives in SUPERFILM eliminate foam which traps heat and causes compressors to run hot. This product also has excellent water separation qualities, as it resists mixing with water, even at high operating temperatures.
Teflon® Release Agent
T-FLEX is a non-staining aerosol dry lubricant and release agent that contains Teflon®. T-FLEX is far more slippery than silicone or graphite and helps reduce low speed friction. It operates under temperatures from -100°F to 500°F. T-FLEX is ideal for lubricating locks, sliding glass door tracks, bus windows, drawer slides, pulleys, saw blades, hinges, molds for plastic or fiberglass, cutting tables and chain drives. It is compatible with rubber, metal, wood, plastics, glass and fiberglass.
High-Temperature, Aerosol Anti-Seize Compound
TEMTROL aerosol is a high-temperature, extreme pressure, anti-seize lubricant and sealant for use on all threaded parts and gaskets. TEMTROL assures long-term protection with one application - indoors or outdoors. It is non-melting and will not fuse to metals. This product is non-corrosive and inert to most natural and synthetic rubbers and actually reduces rubber deterioration from metal-to-rubber contact. TEMTROL may be used in marine, aircraft, automotive, heavy equipment and other metal-working industrial applications and on engines, exhaust systems and machinery to prevent seizing on bolts, fittings, flanges and gaskets.
Aerosol Open Gear Lubricant
ZIP is an aerosol spray lubricant that protects all moving metal surfaces from metal-to-metal contact. It forms a protective water-resistant coating to prevent corrosion and reapplies itself with each revolution of the lubricated part. ZIP penetrates into gears and cables where it sets and bonds a moly shield to parts to maintain a cushion of lubricant between gear teeth and other friction-producing surfaces. It absorbs high shock loads, and prevents chipping and scuffing. ZIP will not wash off, dry out, crack or peel. This product may be used on passenger and freight elevators, drag lines, construction, mining, dredging and earth moving equipment and offshore drilling rigs, snow removal equipment or wherever an underwater lubricant is needed.
